How do I get started?

The best way to get started is to book a free 30-minute initial consultation. This will give us an opportunity to chat and get acquainted, discuss your background and fitness goals, and map out your personalized plan of action! WHAT DO I NEED FOR Online COACHING?

You will need a reliable internet connection, and computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working microphone. Depending on your goals, you may also need access to resistance training equipment — usually via a gym membership or a home gym.

What are the Program rates? What payment methods do you accept?

Program rates can be found on the Services page.  Payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to sign up (if you do not have a PayPal account, just select “Pay With Debit or Credit Card”).

What if I'm not currently vegan or vegetarian? What if I'm totally new to fitness?

No worries! I am happy to work with people from all walks of life, as long they have the desire to improve their health and are open to including more whole plant foods in their diet. Feel free to send me a message with any questions or concerns about your specific situation.
